Well tonight I was craving my jalapeno poppers...so along with that I made some soft shelled burritos with ground beef, potatoes, green onions, chopped tomatoes, and peppers all in the mix. Served that up with a side of Spanish brown rice. Oh so good! Might have been a little spicy for the kids, next time I will probably forgo the chilli's in adobo sauce for them...
